Hello, I’m Blair.

I’m a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, and former dancer. After years of dance, my focus gradually shifted toward exploring other forms of movement, which led me to discover strength training and yoga.

What began as a hobby to maintain physical health and relieve mental tension soon grew into something deeper—a powerful healing resource and lifelong passion. I hold a 200-hour RYT certification, a 100-hour RYT in Vinyasa, and a 300-hour RYT certification. I also completed a 200-hour sculpt training, a 200-hour meditation training, and became a certified personal trainer through NPTI.

Beyond yoga, I’m deeply passionate about flexibility, contortion training, strength training, and overall health. These practices complement my yoga journey and have broadened my understanding of both body mechanics and mental focus.

Teaching workshops has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m excited to expand into retreats. Yoga has profoundly shaped my life, and I feel called to share these transformative experiences with others.
